And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived almost all of her lifetime in Lebanon. For so lengthy, she cherished testing her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not depart her dwelling’s nest until eventually Zali provided her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and passion for cooking are in your case and the entire world to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have designed the journey the many way from Lebanon. You normally takes some of them again house!
We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: many different handmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can obtain and check out. They are really check here well prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back residence. “Mouneh”is often a Lebanese tradition of preserving food items through the seasons.
