And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mom and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived most of her everyday living in Lebanon. For so extended, she loved screening her have recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't go away her residence’s nest until Zali available her that chance. Now, her homegrown pleasure and passion for cooking are for yourself and the earth to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors which have built the journey all the way from Lebanon. You usually takes many of them back household!
We get in touch with them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: a range of handmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to purchase and try. These are geared up by our chef or made by farmers back home. “Mouneh”is really a Lebanese tradition of preserving food stuff throughout the seasons.
