Zali will be the realization of a desire, thirty decades from the building... inside a kitchen area, in a home, in Beirut –a family that, the same as every single other loved ones on earth, was certain that their mother’s cooking, was the most beneficial.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from whole-time mother and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived almost all of her daily life in Lebanon. for thus extensive, she loved tests her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't leave her home’s nest right up until Zali available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown pleasure and fervour for cooking are in your case and the earth to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors that have designed the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You usually takes a number of them back again residence!
We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a click here number of do-it-yourself jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can invest in and check out. They're organized by our chef or made by farmers again household. “Mouneh”is really a Lebanese tradition of preserving food throughout the seasons.
